• What are the dates for the event?
The event takes place from December 8-11, 2024, at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive.
• Where is the event location?
The event is hosted at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive Resort in Cancun, Mexico.
• What is included in my LGNDS ticket?
Your ticket includes access to the LGNDS Conference, Dinner & Award Night, an exclusive LGNDS swag pack, round-trip transportation from Cancun International Airport (CUN) to the resort, three nights’ accommodation, daily meals, drinks, taxes, and baggage handling at the resort.
• Is this a mandatory event?
Attendance is not mandatory, but it’s highly encouraged for all qualified employees and nominees to celebrate top performers and participate in the activities.
• How do I register for the event?
You can register via the Sales App by following the provided QR code.
• Is there a registration deadline?
Yes, the registration deadline is November 7th. Registrations after this date will incur a $25 fee per person.
• Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $500 deposit is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be deducted from future commissions and/or paychecks.
• How will future payments be made for the event?
Any remaining balance after the deposit will be deducted from your future commissions and/or paychecks.
• Can I bring a guest?
You can register via the Sales App by following the provided QR code.
• Is there a registration deadline?
Yes, guests are allowed, but additional costs may apply depending on your qualification tier. Some tiers cover a +1’s room, flight, or swag bag.
• What is the cost to bring additional guests?
Pricing for additional guests sharing a room is as follows (airfare not included):
• Age 0-3: $0 USD
• Age 4-12: $765 USD
• Age 13 and older: $1,173 USD
The maximum occupancy for a room at the Hilton Cancun is four people (2 adults and 2 children), or three people if the additional guest is 13 or older. If you wish to bring more guests than allowed, you will need to book an additional room (subject to availability).
• What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email and may incur penalties. After October 31st, 2024, no refunds will be given for additional guest cancellations.
• What dates and times should I book my flights to arrive and depart?
Please arrange your flights to arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN) on December 8, 2024, and depart on December 11, 2024. Forward your flight details by November 7, 2024, so that transportation can be arranged on your behalf. If you book your flights outside the group dates, you will be responsible for booking your own transportation.
• Do I need to book my own flights?
Yes, attendees are responsible for booking their own flights. LGCY does not cover flight bookings, but a flight allowance of up to $1000 is provided for qualified tiers.
• What airport should I fly into?
Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Round-trip transportation from the airport to the resort is included.
• Will someone be there to greet me at the airport when I arrive?
Yes, transportation will be provided for all guests arriving on the designated travel dates. After clearing immigration, collecting your luggage, and passing through customs, look for staff holding an LGCY Power sign. If you arrive outside the designated dates, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
• What is the transfer time between the airport and the resort?
The transfer time is approximately 20 minutes (10 miles).
• What is the check-in time at the resort, and what if my flight arrives earlier?
The official check-in time is 3:00 PM. The resort will do its best to accommodate early arrivals. If your room is not ready, you can use the resort facilities. For early check-in requests, contact LGCYpowereventsupport@morrisincentives.com. Additional fees may apply.
• Can I extend my stay beyond the event dates?
Yes, you can extend your stay at your own expense. This includes costs for additional nights, transportation, and any airfare changes. For pricing and availability, contact LGCYpowereventsupport@morrisincentives.com.
• What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code for the LGNDS Dinner & Award Night is semi-casual, with an off-white colored theme. Attendees should wear comfortable resort or beachwear suitable for a night on the sand.
• What should I pack for the event?
Pack light and comfortable clothing, such as walking shorts, Capri-style pants, light trousers, short-sleeved shirts, dresses, comfortable sandals, a swimsuit, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Consider bringing a jacket or wrap for cooler evenings.
• Are high heels recommended for the dinner?
No, high heels are not recommended due to the beach setting. Comfortable footwear like sandals or wedges is suggested.Activities & Schedule.
• What activities are planned for the event?
The schedule includes check-in and free time on December 8th, the LGNDS Conference on December 9th, and the LGNDS Dinner & Award Show on December 10th, followed by departures on December 11th.
• Will there be any free time during the event?
Yes, there is plenty of free time built into the schedule for attendees to enjoy the resort amenities.
• Is there a group excursion planned?

• What personal expenses should I expect to pay for?
The following are not included in the travel package:
- Flights to/from Cancun International Airport (CUN)
- Mileage
- Airport parking
- Baggage fees and flight change fees
- Activities or tours booked independently
- Dry cleaning and laundry services
• Whom should I tip during the event?
Customary gratuities for resort and airport staff, as well as all staff involved in LGNDS functions, have been covered. However, gratuities for services you book independently (e.g., tours, spa, or salon services) are at your discretion.
• What is covered for LGNDS Nominees?
LGNDS Nominees receive one bed in a shared room with two queen beds at no cost. Flights are not covered. If you are a nominee, you will receive a coupon code to waive the deposit during registration. If you have already registered before knowing you are a nominee, LGCY will reimburse any payments made toward your deposit or shared room reservation. Room upgrades are available at your own expense. If you are a nominee but cannot find the coupon code, please reach out to marketing@lgcypower.com for assistance.
• What if I qualify for coverage of my room or flight based on the install requirements?
If you meet the install requirements for coverage, LGCY will cover the cost of your shared room and/or flight (up to $1000 for basic economy). If you have already made payments before qualifying, LGCY will reimburse any payments made toward your room or flight. Room upgrades are available at your own cost.
• How do I qualify for the event?
Qualification is based on your tier, which requires a certain number of installs. Tiers range from LGNDS Nominees to Diamond, with each tier offering different benefits.
• Do I have to be an active LGCY Power or LGCY Installation Services employee to qualify?
Yes, eligibility is limited to active LGCY Power or LGCY Installation Services employees.
• What if I haven’t reached the install requirement? Can I still attend?
Employees who do not meet the install requirements can still attend, but all costs will be their responsibility.
• Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I cannot attend?
No, event participation is non-transferable.
• Will there be any on-site assistance if I have questions during the event?
Yes, event staff will be available to assist with any questions or concerns.
• What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or special requests?
Please notify the event organizers in advance to accommodate any special dietary needs.
